What is FIZZA Mini-League?
FIZZA is an after-work 7-a-side football league for working adults in the Helsinki–Espoo area. Real games — certified referees, real standings, a proper playoff — but none of the season-long commitment of joining a club. You show up after work, play two 20-minute halves, and stick around after.
No team? Doesn't matter. Sign up solo or with a few friends and we'll place you with others. It's football first, but really it's about getting off the laptop, moving, and meeting people.

- When: Mon–Thu, 18:00–22:00
- Where: Helsinki–Espoo
- Format: 7v7 · two 20-minute halves · no overtime
- Rules: No offsides. Shin guards strongly recommended for the entire season.
- Referees: Every game is officiated by certified refs.
- Season: 5 regular-season games over 4 weeks + 1 playoff game — 6 games guaranteed per team.
- Teams: Up to 6 · roster minimum 10 players.
- Playoffs: Finals week decides 1st, 3rd, and 5th place.
- Weather policy: Two games guaranteed at the same location, though not always on the same weekday.
Eligibility
- ✓Unisex — all genders welcome.
- ✓All skill levels — the vibe is chill, come as you are.
- ✓18+ — you must be at least 18 to play.
